Return and Refund Policy

Returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued based on the manufacturer's warranty before any material is returned or a credit request is made. To request an RMA number, please email: support@keylessbuild.com or call (904) 654-9535.  To return an item, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept items without an RMA, and they will be sent back at your expense.  Please keep in mind that having an RMA does not guarantee acceptance. All returns will be inspected first.  Items must be in their original packaging, with all materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories included. They must be new, in good condition, and not previously installed. 

Any material received without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Please note that obtaining an RMA number does not guarantee that the item will be accepted; all returns are subject to a final inspection.   All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in its original factory packaging, which includes all original packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories. The item must be new, in good condition, and capable of being stocked. Additionally, it must not have been previously installed.
